Our Door Ordering Process
Our Process
When you place an order with Bella Vista Windows and Doors, we’ll promptly schedule one of our certified measure technicians to visit your home, inspect the opening, and take precise dimensions. If our on-site measurements differ from your original order, we’ll discuss any necessary adjustments together to ensure a flawless fit. Once you’ve reviewed and approved the final specifications, your door is officially ordered and all sales become final. You can then expect a six- to eight-week lead time for manufacturing and delivery. As soon as your custom door arrives from the factory, we’ll reach out to set a convenient installation date so you can start enjoying your new entryway.
Important
Unless otherwise noted in the additional notes section of the contract, the purchase of a door and its installation does not include the replacement of trim or any other wood components. The removal or reinstallation of existing security bars, alarm system components, or storm doors is the sole responsibility of the homeowner. Such services may be performed by the installer upon request and at an additional charge; however, neither the installer nor Bella Vista Windows and Doors shall be held liable for any damage arising from the removal, handling, or reinstallation of these items. Furthermore, all door hardware, including but not limited to door knobs, locksets, and deadbolts, must be provided by the homeowner prior to installation.
